We're given that segments BC and ED are congruent. We're also given that segments AC and AD are congruent Finally, we're given angles BAC and DAE are congruent We should have enough to show that triangle ABC is congruent to triangle AED....but there's one problem: the angle is NOT between the two congruent sides We have two sides and an angle which is not between the two sides, so we must use the SSA property which is NOT a valid way to show that two triangles are congruent. So it's not conclusive that triangle ABC is congruent to triangle AED

Oh wait, I did not see the "7"s on the triangles So this means we can use SSS, so this means that triangle ABC is congruent to AED
