**HELP ME PLEASE!!** A student conducted a survey at school and found that 75% of boys and 65% of girls like to watch hockey games. There are an equal number of boys and girls in the school. If someone does not like to watch hockey games, what is the approximate probability that the person is a boy? a. 25% b. 42% c. 48% d. 55% e. 75% *So, how do I do this?*

OpenStudy (mertsj):

It says there are equal numbers of boys and girls. So let's say there are 100 boys and 100 girls. That means 25 boys and 35 girls do not like to watch hockey. 60 people do not like to watch hockey and 25 of them are boys. So the probability of a boy is 25/60 or about 42 %
