That sometimes can be true, but you can ask for more help in the chat (be sure to provide a link) though keep in mind that there are lots of people asking for help.

Also keep in mind that the code of conduct says that people can't give answers, only explaining problems to stop people from cheating on their homework.

Well that may be true, but (a) we have no way of verifying this and (b) shouldn't you be telling your child how to do the problem, not the answers?
