if so, the angle between the 2 radii is of 86 degrees. that makes an isocele triangle with the side of the angle as 3rd side. that means that the angles between the radius and that side is (180-86)/2 = 47 degrees. the angle you're looking for is complimentary to that 47 degree angle, so 90-47 = 43

if you moved the rays up to the center of the circle, you'd be describing a rotation of 1 radian
