why do you have to put an e-mail to have an account? Some kids on here dont have an email, so what do we put?

Hi @LouisB12 - we ask for your email so we can keep you updated about OpenStudy (via digests that you can turn on or off in your account settings), and to be able to communicate any changes to your account should we need to. If you don't have an email, you can create one at gmail or another service provider for free if you wish.

Ok, well you can still (obviously) be a part of OpenStudy! And if you do get an email address in the future, you can add it to your Account Settings.

what is in the digest thats important?

Hi @LouisB12 - A) You're not in trouble. And B) The digest is just an update of what's going on in OpenStudy - how many questions are asked and answered in each group you're a member of, stuff like that.
