Hi Quez, I imagine the short answer you're looking for is salt - however the composition of seawater is complex. It isn't just "table salt". There are trace elements, like iron, iodine, gold, and even lead, particulates, gases, etc. Seawater is about 97% water and 3% salts, including chloride, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sulfate ions.
