Anyone know other ways to measure loss of co2 in photosynthesis lab other than the pH change in water?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well you know that in photosynthesis, amount of carbon dioxide used is equal to oxygen produced. So you could measure the O2 content using the WINKLER METHOD: http://www.ehow.com/about_6076224_winkler-titration-method.html Or another way to measure CO2 levels is.....measure kH. There aren't many solutions for this one. pH is ones best bet. However, there is equipment that does the job. Why do you need this? Maybe if you clarify, we can think of better methods.

it's juz one of the lab questions aside from meauring from o2 and co2, what other methods but yea, i think i kinda figure it out ,but thanks anywayz!
