I had this question in my exam, and I didn't even have the idea how to start it! .... does anyone know it? http://i1064.photobucket.com/albums/u368/Kreshnik-joker/Atask.jpg

the point is on the circle with coordinates (-4, 7) so the radius of the circle should be radius = sqrt((-4)^2+(7)^2) = sqrt(65) since sqrt(64) = 8, sqrt(65) should be somewhere close to that.
