What is the meaning of 'closed' question and 'open' question.

Greetings pratu043! Excellent question :). If you look right below the "ask a question" box, you will see two sections - "open questions" and "closed questions". When you close a question, it moves to the "closed questions" section. People will not see a closed question unless they switch to this section. In addition, people can only have one open question at a time. To ask another question, they have to close their currently open question. I hope I helped clear up any confusion.
