Whats the difference between activity and concentration...? at what condition they become same...? Why do we need activity at all..? why cant we simply use concentration...??

Not really sure what you mean. Concentration is the amount of moles per volume and activity is completely different. It has more to do with it's ability to react with the molecules around it or it's reactivity.
