its not 1 or 3 that i can remember as far as definitions go ... 4 is not quite right eigher there is some slight difference between 2 and 5 that i cant recall tho

strat and cluster both divide into groups to choose from but one of them picks the entire group and the other is a sampling from the group

from the wikipedia i get: "...in cluster sampling the cluster is treated as the sampling unit so analysis is done on a population of clusters (at least in the first stage). "In stratified sampling, the analysis is done on elements within strata." so if I were to take a stab at it, id say cluster if im interping it correctly
