Hey does anyone else not get notifications of missed private messages when logged off?

Hmm so it can take at least 2 minutes (hopefully no more) until you are considered "offline." If you get a message during that span, it will not email you. If you have been offline for a while, you should. Is it possible you have OS open on another computer somewhere? If not this seems like a bug-de-bug.

"You will still be able to find and reply to it, but you won't be able to reopen it."

I closed the question. Pop up came up and I didn't copy the whole thing. I just don't understand the close question thing. How is it closed if we can still reply? Like does closing a question just mean it gets put in the closed question zone?

main thing is that you can ask new question only if you closed your previous one (I don't know if it applies to mods)

and yes it gets put in the closed question zone so it's harder to notice it but since it's closed this "should be ok"
