A message getting sent multiple times when you only hit send once isn't a problem with the server. It's a problem with our code. When the site hangs, that's an issue with both our small server size and our code not being "lean" enough. We're actively working on the latter. A server upgrade may be in our sites but not the immediate future.

When the message got sent numerous times, did you only hit send once? Or did it do "that thing" where it hangs and then you have to send again?

but it sometimes hangs for him too

for me its usually ok, but sometimes takes longer to load which is a bit irritating

i just sent once.. and immediately site hanged.

The pauses are not caused by our physical server, so that wouldn't help matters. We've got a few places in the code where we have memory issues. We've been working on it, and will continue to do so. We've been experiencing some increased traffic over the past few days, which has aggravated the issues.

Trust me, we're as frustrated as you and we're working as quickly as we can without breaking everything. Hopefully next week we'll roll out a new batch of fixes that will alleviate the immediate issues.

I woulda just scratched KO entirely, and just plain gone with WebSockets But i guess thats just me... @Data_LG2
