If so:
Each individual finds their own way of comfortably learning based on their weaknesses and strengths on how well they adjust to or absorb all the material present.

You could do it that way but, if it was my English teacher she would kill me for using so many and's and comma's. Not that it is wrong obviously because it most certainly is correct :p

Just a note. The sentence is not well constructed, but it is not (grammatically) a run-on sentence.
