there are many video downloading s/w's...if yur are using mozilla..add downloadhelper as addon..it is much easier

You can Use latest version of IDM to download lectures..... when you play the lecture then automatically a IDM download link will appear on the screen..... click that and start downloading.......

I have not checked the website but check out the download helper extension for Firefox.

idm(Internet download manager),Youtube downloader uoy can download all the videos

Download managers, Or google Flash video downloaders and copy the url of the video. Sinmple as that!
