How do you think the line was constructed? This goes back to how he constructed it, what property is shared between those two lines with respect to the line that intersects them both

That is correct. Although, you can post here rather than in message. Its more convenient! :) The justification is just stating what he did to construct it, and naming the important things e.g. he copied the angle RJQ to angle TRS, so RJQ ~= TRS (congruent) state a postulate that shows that the lines these angles are a part of are parallel (its the converse of one, I can think of)
