Question

the tag function sometimes doesn't work for me..is this on my part? or is there some glitch or bug? maybe im clicking or doing something wrong?

Hi @lgbasallote - could you describe what kind of problems you're having? Are there particular names that are the issue? We had some problems with the first release of this, but we fixed a lot of them with our latest release - let me know what you're experiencing, thanks!

uhmm like i do the @ then write some names..i click the name i want to tag and then press spacebar thn proceed to write what i wanna say. for example @cs..sometimes it doesnt tag..just remains black..im being specific on what im doing cos i might have done something wrong..sometimes i also press the name i wanna tag twice to make sure..if that is a factor

btw @cs since you're gonna ask..can you also ask how come some offline users appear online to me? this happened before but i think they fixed the bug already. but it haunted me again a while ago and it's kinda embarassing messaging some offline peeps =))

well i face the same problem.. the tag is not working when i press on the name using the mouse!! but it works properly when i press the "Enter" button to choose the person!!

Yeah, clicking on autocomplete suggestions is broken. It's on the list. :)
