sorry i forgot the formula e so the answer is~ I think you at least need to plot it in a spreadsheet like Excel. Then fit it with a curve you think would be best. It looks linear though That would be: y = 6x + 6(x-1) y = 12x-6 but this fails for x=0.5, are you sure you don't have to find a best-fit line? .
