(side ratio) ^3 = Vol ratio
that is 
  (s1)^3        V1
 ------  = ---
  (s2)^3        V2
Now, put s1 = 5, s2 =3 and v2 = 108 into the equation
Can you find the volume for the larger cylinder?

5^3 / 3^3 = V / 108
V = (125 / 27) x 108
