You mean this? \[ (3x^3y^4)(2x^2y^6) \]
if so.. then: \[\Large 6x^5\cdot y^{10}\] If not.. \[\Large 36x^2\cdot y^{10}\]
just multiply !
cuppycake the problem as presented in the asking box is ambigious. It is confusing, because, the reader does not know if the "x" is a multiplication operator or a variable. Does JamesJ have it right? Is that they problem you wish to work?
