Find dy/dx by implicit differentiation: x^4 (x+y) = y^2 (3x-y)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got [ 3y^2 - 4x^4 - 4x^3 y ] / [ 3y^2 + 4x - 6xy ] but the textbook answer is the same except the denominator term 4x^4 is 5x^4 instead ...?

OpenStudy (experimentx):

show steps ... maybe we can point out where you went wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh pellet i know actually nvm

OpenStudy (experimentx):

x^4 (x+y) ... this is were you get 5x^4
