i think theyre all kinda bad, although not terribly dangerous if handled properly. for example, we use depleted uranium as ballast for aircraft. as long as its left unaltered, its not dangerous, so long as you dont burn it, scratch it, grind it, or try to work it in any way that causes dust or debris from it.
