All elements can be in the form of gas with sufficient heat. Keep in mind by sufficient I mean nuclear bomb magnitudes. Rhenium for example doesn't make a gas till 10000 Fahrenheit. Also if all elements were in the form of a gas we wouldn't have solids or liquids and therefore no planet or people and so on.
