0..* means any number of items. The question is about the rest of the scheme's logic.

I would say C, because it says 0..*, which means it could be zero. But for the recipient to receive 0 items could only be if the sender selected 0 items.

Ok but that's not the "full truth" in the sense that in addition to the Recipient receiving a delivery that does not contain any items from the Sender could also have received either any combination of flowers and/or chocolates, right?
