That's also not necessarily a bug. I can be in two places at once if I have two tabs open. Just FYI.

okay i found out why that happens, if someone has two windows or tabs open with two different questions. (if you have a blinking cursor in the 'reply' field in both tabs, then it 'll show 'tiny pencil as well.' i just verified it myself!!
