3log2 x-8 =4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3log(x)/log(2)-8=4

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

it would probably be best to condense this first. do you know how to do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x=16

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

correct me if i'm wrong but this is 3log_2 (x-8) = 4 right @sarahl_dlc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes that is correct. 3logbase of 2 x-8=4 i condensed it to log base of 2 x-8^3=4

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

now change it to exponential form to isolate x

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

after turning it to exponential..you should have an idea on the next step by now
