basically you ask questions you need help with, and then people answer them.
you can also answer other peoples questions too.
there is a point system to make it more fun too

its when your question is no longer first on the list and you want more answers you can 'bump' your question back up so that more people can see it etc

i dont think so, you can change them but i dont think you can delete them, im not sure though im pretty new to this too
