how can i get information about the subject,which is basic computing???.... and also how can i be tested??.....Do we have a lecturer???....

Try MIT OCW 6.00, which is basically an intro to programming using Python. Or MIT OCW 6.001, which is a slightly more rigorous (and older) course using Lisp.
