Electric potential :- It is the P.E 'per unit charge' when in the field of another charge. It is measured in J/C. Electric potential energy :- It is the total P.E of a system. It is measured in J. Still, it would be better to consult a text book :-)
electric potential V.Its unit is volts But electric potential energy is =qV. Its unit is Joule(SI). or VC. It is nothing but the energy required to move a electron of charge 1C in an electric potential difference of 1 volt
