I am new to the forum. Does language and culture include Hebrew language and culture? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe you can post ANY questions about language and culture here. There seem to be people from many countries who speak many languages using OpenStudy so I'm sure you'll find someone who can help.

Thanks Atam. I am prepraring for a Modern Hebrew test and joined on here hoping to get valuble support, tips and help with words and phrases. Is this how the forum works. I did not get much of an orientation. Thanks again for responding to my question.

You're welcome Rhondy. Essentially you just post your question as a new message and anyone who has joined that forum can jump in and answer it. Sometimes you'll get an answer immediately, other times it may take several hours, depending upon how many people have joined that forum and are online. If you like the answer someone gives you (or an answer they gave someone else) you can award them a medal by clicking on the medal icon. You can also "fan" someone if you'd like to follow their activity. You'll also see instant message boxes along the bottom of your screen for any forums you have joined. You can jump in and chat with others in that forum anytime.

Thank you Atam for your explanation. It has really helped to give me an orientation. I feel that I know to to expect and a better idea of how this forum might be useful
