OpenStudy (anonymous):

o image just the questionto choose from the 4 ---Biosphere Cryosphere Geosphere Hydrosphere

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The question is about identifying what is in an image. Without the image, how can anyone identify it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok... I'm guessing the picture you posted in another thread is supposed to go here. What do you think it might be? Do you have any ideas?

OpenStudy (carniel):

Can you atleast explain the picture...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wave in the ocean

OpenStudy (carniel):

Hydrosphere. Calli am I correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You need to know WHY you think it's the hydrosphere. This isn't just about giving/getting answers.

OpenStudy (carniel):

Its simple my dear watson. Hydroshere has to do with water. :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"Hydro" does, yes. And that's the important part. Hydroelectricity is electricity generated using water, hydroponics involves growing plants in water... all water-related! So if you see any word that starts with "hydro", it probably has something to do with water! Now... what do the other words mean? What do you associate with bio, geo, or cryo?

OpenStudy (carniel):

Calm down Calliope :| The other word means Earth sufrace. Hydrosphere = Water of Earth Surface
