The answer is the third choice: Distributive prop. Associative. Combine like terms. 2x-3(2x-5)=2x-3 2x-6x+15=2x -3 (-3 was multiplied to 2x-5) (2x-6x)+15=2x-3 (2x and -6x were grouped together) -4x+15=2x-3 (2x-6x = -4x) (This was possible because both of them had the variable "x" thus they were "like terms")
