lol ok watever
How can a President use a line-item veto? A. only through an amendment to the Constitution B. when Congress cannot agree on a bill C. by not signing or vetoing a bill within ten days
that's the 1st one ^
The US president does not have this power. He must either approve or veto an entire bill and Congress can take advantage of this fact and combine something that the President approves of ,with something totally unrelated that he would like to veto. If he had this power, he could veto only a line or portion of a bill and sign the rest into law. This power can be restricted to appropriations bills, in which case the President could veto certain expenditures but approve the ones that he found necessary. (hope this helps!!
so it's A ?
yup
ok next one
ok

Do you think you can answer about 10 more questions ? i know it's alot but i'll try to pay you back in some way .
Just sharing my two cents here. Answering questions this way for someone does nothing to help them learn. At best, it enables people to avoid gaining real knowledge, and at worst it is helping them cheat - which at most colleges is an offense punishable by expulsion. It seems like an illegitimate way to earn badges, and is an injustice to everyone else using the site who legitimately want help, not just someone to give them all of the answers.
I understand what you're saying , it's just that this is the only subject that has been holding me down . No matter how much i study the notes i still don't a good mark .
Maybe studying from notes isn't the best method for you - and sites like this can be a great resource while you're trying to learn because people are so willing to help. But don't tell yourself you can't do it any other way. You're resourceful enough to find this site, I KNOW you can learn this stuff. Stay positive ZachKetchup! There are people out here who really want to help you learn. Remember that!
I'm really just having trouble on this assignment just to be particular .
I understand, I am just finishing graduate school so I know all about trying to get something in at the last minute! If I'm ever online when you need help send me a message and I'll do my best - I try to keep OpenStudy up while I'm at work (I provide support for distance learning college students). Good luck on your assignment.
Thanks fpr the encouragement .
