solve quadratic: x^(2) +5x+4=0
factor it out then equate the factors to 0
Complete explanations and along with solutions are highly recommended.
like i said...factor it out...so (x+4)(x+1) equate the factors to 0.... x + 4 = 0; x + 1 = 0 x = -4; x = -1
Thank you guys. :)
Not to worry Luis, dealing with people who give answers only is something that the mods are dealing with right this moment. I can promise you that.
@Luis_Rivera , anytime I've ever responded to you, there was a reason for it. Usually it is because you either post answers without explanation, or post an incorrect answer, or something of that nature. I don't know why you consider me your enemy. It doesn't have to be that way. If you just do what is right, there would be no problem.
