Jordan, if you're talking about cells in the human body, the estimates are anywhere between 5 and 75 trillion cells, but no one can say for sure. There are more than 200 distinct cell types and while Wikipedia is not the most reliable of sources, they do have a fairly extensive list of the different types of cells to give you an idea for what this number includes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_distinct_cell_types_in_the_adult_human_body
