well then since they are all squares, we see that X has sides of 7 and Z has sides of 24. so then we can simply say that the inner triangle has these lenths as sides. from there we use pythag theorem to say that side Y is just the square root of 7^2 + 24^2. this comes to sqrt(600). then we square that to get the area, which comes to 600
