Determine the slopes of the segments AB, CD, BC, and AD. Use the two point method where slope is equal: m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) Doing this you will discover that AD and BC have the same slope m=2/3 thus they are parallel. Now look at the slope of AB and CD and they too have equal slopes m=-3/2 they are parallel and also negative reciprocal of the other two lines, that means they are perpendicular.

OpenStudy (radar):

Using the distance formula, you will find that all four segment are equal to\[\sqrt{13}\]

OpenStudy (radar):

Now you have all you need to know to make a wise selection.

OpenStudy (radar):

And you choose...................?

OpenStudy (radar):

Earth to Steph_Rawr352 are you still there?

oh sorry i had to walk my dogs... so it couldnt be the last one right ?

OpenStudy (radar):

No it is not the last one, you're right there.

OpenStudy (radar):

Read what you got, 4 equal sides, four perpendicular corners

OpenStudy (radar):

What kind of dogs?

OpenStudy (radar):

If you will look at my icon, you will see my dog, it is resting on my neck lol. Boston Terrier named Bonnie

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohk so would it be the second one ? and i have 2 springer spaniels haha(:
