no .. nomatter what the value of x is, 1^x is always 1 so the function is constant
as experiment said.... the function is constant it is the same as the graph of y=1

in exponential growth and decay, there is change. There is exponential increase or decrease but while here, there's none. There's exactly no change at all :D
