ATP inhibits phosphofructokinase & Pyruvatkinase High concentration of hydrogen ions interferes with electroncarriers such as NAD+ which needs to accept electrons when Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate is catalysed by Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase... etc I gave you a few, you should be able to finish the rest with a similar way of thinking.
