Please, I need help with this, how they got this result:

h(x)=(-32x^(2))/((70)^(2))+x+210
How they get this results?
=-8/1225x^(2)+x+210

Please, I can do the rest.. It is only this part here..

are you missing and x in the bottom part?
prehaps 70x^2?
