How does the government of the Philippines feel about the vast number of overseas workers? What are they doing to fix the problem, or if they think it's a good thing, what are they doing to support it? I've tried researching it myself but the only useful thing that I've found is http://www.poea.gov.ph/ , and I need a lot more info.
