how do you solve the Laplace Transform of function f(t)=sin(4t+5)

Not sure about the top half, but if it's any consolation I know that the bottom half would be s^2 + 16. It would be 16 because 4^2=16 the 4 coming from the 4t. Just not sure what happens to the +5
