how is race socially constructed it seem that this is quite a hard question i need help on writing my essay

The broad term of "Race" is socially constructed or founded on many different things. Factors include culture, tradition, region, religion, linguistic inclinations etc. Try choosing groups based off of things that connect.

Here's how I would outline it:
I. Introduction
a) describe what defines "race"
b) provide examples
II. First Body Paragraph: Topic:culture is a foundation of race
a-c) provide examples
III. etc etc etc
