Find the absolute value [ 2/3 ]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It says the absolute value of 2/3 but there is a line on both sides of 2/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

as much as i know it only gets positive... (if I'm wrong someone correct me ...)

Does this help. Distance is never negative, so numbers that are opposites have the same absolute value. If a number is nonnegative, its absolute value is the number itself. If a number is negative, its absolute value is its opposite.
