Which of the following points are NOT on the graph of: y=2/3x+1? A.(9, 7) B.(-6, -3) C.(-3, -1) D.(6, 3)

Directrix (directrix):

Take the equation --> y=2/3x+1 Start with (9, 7) where x = 9 and y = 7 and substitute those values into the equation to see if they make the equation true. ( 7 ) = (2/3) ( 9 ) + 1 ---> Crank out both sides and see if they have equal values.
