It is a 90 degree angle. Since it is a square, all the sides are equal. <AOP can also be looked at as a triangle, and since the diagram is a square, AO and PO are equal. Having two equal sides on a triangle makes it a right triangle, therefore making a 90 degree angle.

To simplify that, since AO and PO are equal, a right triangle is formed, and a right triangle always makes a 90 degree angle.
