Let me do it a bit different.
If a numberb is divisible by 23, this number is of the
form \[ b =c \times 23\]
where c is a number.
\\
b is also divisible by 14 so
\[ b = c_1 \times 23 \times 14 = c_1 23 \times 7 \times 2 \]
so be can be written
\[ b = c_1 \times 46 \times 7\]
so it is divisible by 46
