I belive adjounrment sounds better than the others. (We know it's not 'recall' that's when you get sent back. Sentance veto sounds as if its the term for a rejection of a sentance, and parole is the stage after you complete you sentance.)

for the first question . if the name of your book is called Magruder’s American Government, Part 2, then yes it is in your book because i just found the answer on chapter 22 section 3 page 665. all you have to do is a little reading. the answer is in bold.
