Similes are comparisons using "like" or "as"; since neither are present, the sentence is not a simile.

Metaphors are comparisons without using "like" or "as"; they also are literary devices in which you experience something in terms of another.  

Personification is the attribution of human characteristics to a non-human entity.

Based off of these definitions, which do YOU think it is? :)
