Mathematics 12 Online

-sqrt75 + sqrt12 - 3sqrt3

OpenStudy (jlastino):

-6sqrt3

How do you get it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can rewrite 12 as 3*4. sqrt(3*4) = 2sqrt(3). Do the same for the 75 (3*25), and factor out the root, 5. So we get -5sqrt(3) + 2sqrt(3) - 3sqrt(3) = -6sqrt(3)
